Already open windows do not change simultaneously with OpenCPN color scheme change

Control window color scheme is not changed when OpenCPN color scheme is changed.

If the window is opened after color scheme is selected the window is correct but will not change back until closed and then re-opened.

Just a minor issue, otherwise the RADAR plugin has been working flawlessly for me on our trip down the St.Lawrence and Eastern Canada.
