Executing the AbstractConvertPlugin over shallow files doesn't work as expected

Two problems emerge when running an AbstractConvertPlugin:

  • [ ] It only works if it is execute on AIP or Representation, if execute over a File it fails
  • [ ] When execute at AIP or Representation level the progress is 200% instead of 100%
