Allow to map CAS attributes to RODA user extra attributes

Currently only email attribute is mapped (and maybe fullname), but currently there is no way to add information that comes from CAS attributes into RODA user extra attributes.

On UserLogin, on the same place where the email is being mapped, use the user extra information template (hbs) and feed it the parameters that come from CAS.
