SIARD-->Microsoft SQL: <description> values are not transferred

Description:

Steps required to reproduce the bug:

1. Load any .siard 1.0 file with Elements into Microsoft SQL DB
2. Notice that there are no values of the in Microsoft SQL DB
3. Download the data in a new siard 2.1 file
4. Notice that in the new file there are no values too, as in the Microsoft SQL DB

Attach the dbptk-app.log.txt file below. dbvtk.log
