Requirement T_6.0-2 from the SIARD specification version 2.1 failed due to cvc-pattern-valid: Value '23:59:59.999-08:00' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern '\d{2}:\d{2}:\d{2}Z?' for type 'timeType'.
