[➕ Feature]: Enhance 'Group by' to Include All Active Incidents

Currently, when using the "Group by" option on the incident column, it only groups alerts visible on the current page. This limits visibility and doesn't provide a full picture of all active incidents.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the "Group by" functionality to group and display all current active incidents, not just those shown on the current page.

Additional context
it is important that it will only group by active incidents and not by all the alerts that were ever created
