Expired Entries don't require Browser Access Request to be allowed

Overview

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new credential entry
2. Set credential entry to having expired in the past
3. Click into username field and try to insert it within the browser

Expected Behavior

KeePassXC should show the Browser Access Request popup

Actual Behavior

Credentials get inserted without the user having to allow it.

KeePassXC - Version 2.7.1 Revision: 5916a8f

Qt 5.15.3 Debugging mode is disabled.
