Fixed INSTALL.md reference to deprecated branch

INSTALL.md now correctly references branch main instead of now nonexistent master branch

We don't have a main branch. The correct checkout is for the tag "latest"

@droidmonkey it recommends now latest branch not latest tag

There is no latest branch, it will check out the tag
