Move translations to Weblate

Transifex has terrible UI/UX and lacks many features, Weblate supports git and open a PR and a lot more user friendly.

We're aware of Weblate and we tried a move some years ago. But there were several technical issues (might be resolved now), and there is a larger community on Transifex. This is particularly important for certain orgs such as Localization Lab who have been helping us over the years. We're not planning another move at the moment, but we're not ruling it out for the future.

Not true about "larger community", Weblate's community is a lot larger and it is easier to discover projects with many UI/UX improvements that makes translator's life easier. Tor project is getting help from localization lab too and they moved off to Weblate for the same reasons I just mentioned. https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/tor/

Please give it another shot and you can open an issue on Weblate repo with whatever obstacle you may face.

I tend to agree, transifex UI is awful and bloated. I would be up for converting, but we need to coordinate with our translator community. I took a tour through Tor's setup and it is responsive and user friendly. Not sure how "comments" are handled, that is an often used feature in transifex.
