Disable button in toolbar dialogue
Expected Behavior
It would be helpful to have a button in the toolbar dialogue to disable the Keepassxc addon either for the current tab or fully.
Current Behavior
On settings pages KPXC fills in the password and the username (if enabled in the KPXC settings) in sometime totally unrelated fields. Or on some sites the auto-login fails, so it would be helpful to quickly disable KPXC.
Debug info
KeePassXC - 2.7.0-snapshot KeePassXC-Browser - 1.7.3 Operating system: Linux x86_64 Browser: Mozilla Firefox 84.0
for example google auto-login spirals into infinite loop of "something went wrong" error and back into "enter username" -> "enter password" -> "something went wrong"
@dym-sh Again? Damn.
Some browsers already provide almost similar option for this. The user must click the icon to enable the extension for the page:
This request wasn't about a permanent disabling, but only a temporary when the add-on fails. As mentioned by @ghost there are pages where the add-on goes into an endless loop, and you can't interfere.
There's a delay that should prevent endless auto-submits. Is there enough time to use the popup if an endless loop happens?
AFAIK popup dialogues from the toolbar stay open even when the page reloads. There would be no time pressure when the add-on runs in a loop. You could stop it, because the GUI has a higher priority.
