Make Password New/change banner stick around until EXPLICITLY dismissed

This shows up again, and again, and again, and… AGAIN.

How about an option so the banner only disappears when I tell it so?

Here, lotto24.de just had it disappear when the final reload after registration was done: I register, site pops up a window, banner is still visible, but disappears as soon as the registration has been processed and the website has reloaded. I always wait with the adding of new passwords until I am sure the website doesn't throw up any errors.

Please, make it EXPLICIT and MANUAL (as an option, natch). Would solve so much.

(Damn, can't specify this as a "feature request". Why can't everything be as great as reportbug… but I digress :D)

So it doesn't help if you set Number of allowed redirects to Infinite?

Is there a reason Number of allowed redirects is 1 by default instead of infinite? I only knew the setting existed since I discovered this issue before making my own ):
