Redundant animation when going into subgroup

Description When entering a group, there is a small but tangible delay before its contents appears. There is a gap between views, plus a "fade in" animation. The issue happens only in two-panel mode, in horizontally compact view it's ok.

Expected behavior

Like in v2.3:

Environment:

• Device: Mac, iPad
• OS: macOS 15.7/26.1, iPadOS 18.6 (simulator)
• App Version: 2.5.171
