Feature Request: Add search functionality to group views, smart groups, and database list
First of all, thank you for your outstanding app – it’s one of the most reliable and well-designed KeePass clients for iOS.
However, I would like to suggest a usability improvement:
Currently, the search function is only available in the root view. It would be very helpful if the search bar were also available in:
- Individual groups
- Smart groups, especially “All Entries”
- The database list view, to quickly find a database by name (useful for users with many vaults)
In larger databases or when using multiple vaults, this enhancement would greatly improve navigation and user experience.

Search in other groups was already possible in v2.3, it's just the search bar was visible-by-default in the root only. In subgroups, one had to pull down the list a bit, a standard gesture in iOS apps.
Search in smart groups was recently introduced in v2.4. The search bar is also always-visible now.
Search in database list does not show much demand yet…
