Support FIDO Credential Exchange Specifications

Apple and other password manager maintainers plan to implement the FIDO Credential Exchange Specifications (https://fidoalliance.org/specifications-credential-exchange-specifications/) to import and export Passkeys (and possibly passwords). While FIDO Credential Exchange is undoubtedly safer (as you cannot accidentally mishandle an unencrypted export), it might be the only supported way to export Passkeys from Apple Passwords (for which KeePassium already supports CSV).

Would really help with me importing my passkeys from Apple Passwords to Keepassium and vice versa!
