Passkey creation does not work for Google account

Open stefanschell opened this issue 11 months ago • 3 comments

Description I cannot create a passkey for my google account in iOS Safari or MacOS Safari.

How to reproduce See attachments. The last step produces an error on the Google account page. Afterwards, Google does not have a passkey saved. However, there is now a (non-functional) passkey in the KeePassium database.

Expected behavior I should be able to create (and then use passkeys for my Google account.

I have exactly the same issue. Google is the only site, where creating passkeys doesn’t work.

I have the same issue. An entry with a passkey is created on my database, but Google returns the same error as in the original post

Good news, cannot reproduce this after fixing #408 (Google expects passkey data in a specific order). The fix is coming with the next update.
