French translations 1

French translations of content. Translations of text generated by JS files such as labels and templates to be added when supported. All translations by me, except the translation for the page 2020-04-14-become-a-tbtc-permissionless-signer-stake-eth-earn-keep.md which is from user StateLayer#5254 on Discord. Remaining grammar mistakes and typos will be fixed in a future PR.

We're ready to review this! Would you mind pulling and maybe rebasing onto master to take care of the conflicts?

Hoping @Shadowfiend or @liz-shinn can give the content a look as well.
