Interface is not refreshing confirmations automatically (minor issue)

Description:

Mainnet minor issue that i encountered yesterday in process of minting at tBTC dapp. Dapp failed to refresh confirmations automatically. While I already had 6 confirmations for my tx, dapp showed it as 4/6. Some people might be afraid to refresh page without being aware that everything is going to be okay with their minting process.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tBTC Minting
2. Go through steps until sending BTC tx
3. See that it can get stuck at x/6 confirmations, while BTC tx already has 6 confirms

Expected behavior:

Automatic refreshing of progress
