Stuck at Redeeming Step 3/6: failed to form a Signing group, but TBTC is burned already and I don't have my bitcoin
My redemption of 1 TBTC got stuck in Step 3/6. My TBTC got burned already, the Signing Group didn't form (13 hours and counting) and I did not receive my BTC. I suppose this is not by Design, so what happened here? What is the procedure to recover my BTC, what should happen and why didn't it happen? This is an unacceptable problem if in Production.
