Opt-in remote telemetry

We spend a bunch of time requesting logs from operators to debug network issues. Could we have some sort of remote log + metrics delivery that's opt-in in the config? I imagine many would be interested in using it.

This wouldn't work with the team as the recipient if logs are currently exposing sensitive information... but opening up the discussion.
