Reimagine explanation of protocols in these sections (keep and tbtc)

In new UI style of the Applications pages, the Keep website and tBTC website links no longer make sense. The Keep website is linked to in the sidebar menu already, and we can link to the tBTC website perhaps from somewhere else like the Resource pages.

Let's remove them for now and circle back on where it makes sense to include them elsewhere later.

May make sense to add a summary of the application before the link, and consider the best link for people to understand what the application is.
