addb -d dev upload doesn't pick up the dataset name

When I upload datasets using "addb -d dev upload", sometimes it doesn't pick up the project name.

Try to reproduce this issue by uploading Carter2023_Formatted_No_Arm which is located in the shared Google Drive.
