Zip balls have weird nested folders

Generated zip balls in engine.py are nested inside weird folders. This is a bad set of arguments to this line: https://github.com/keenon/AddBiomechanics/blob/079c4cc43b1559ff2a8ad772f676d7d70c6d015d/server/engine/src/subject.py#L1047
