  • Update Go to 1.21.3 (and dependencies)
  • Update Node.js to 16 (old dependencies prevent a more current LTS version like 18 or 20)
  • Fixes 8 medium and 2 high CVEs: CVE-2023-2253, CVE-2023-28840

If this PR is accepted, I prepared updating helm to the current v3.13.1.
