Is this project dead/abandoned?

I'm looking for a Swift library for Tezos. Found this one, and also AckeeCZ/TezosSwift.

Does not look like this project is up to date. Does not support Delphinet, nor Edonet. Several "serious looking" issues opened with no comments from author. To be fair, doesn't look like AckeeCZ is up to date either.
