relative path ignored during dialog boxes initialization

hello, the relative path issue (#5) is fixed for launching Keepass but not for using browse dialog boxes : when clicking the browse button (for example keepass tab or advanced tab in the options) with an existing relative path, the dialog box isn't initialized with the folder specified with a relative path but with the last used folder.

no, i just tested with 45.8 version and it doesn't work either it works with an absolute path, so it should also with a relative one ? it would also nice for checking the relative path
