Keybird 2.0.1 no "Preferences" screen

Hi

first of al thanks a lot for your work on this TB add-on and keeping it updated with these changes in newer TB version requirements.

I am using TB 68.2.1 and until recently, was using Keebird version 2.0.0. Today I got an update to Keebird 2.0.1. After its installaltion, when trying to use Tools/Add-on Preferences for Keebird, I am looking at a pretty empty screen with kind of a URL at the top "chrome://keefox/content/options.xul" where I expected the preferences screen to open. This looks wrong. For the moment, I reverted back to version 2.0.0 which seems to work as expected for the preferences.
