The DTASOF tag in the OFX should be exclusive but is calculated inclusive

In fact, after doing more tests with OFX files, it seems to be a little bit more complicated. From my experience, it seems that, when you require from your bank's website to have the OFX file from 2014-09-01 to 2014-09-30, you will get in the OFX file:

all the movements between 2014-09-01 to 2014-09-30 today's balance, i.e. the balance of 2014-10-12 (and NOT the balance of 2014-09-30). I had this experience with 2 different french banks. That would mean that it's just not possible to have the start/end balance of the period with an OFX file, if this is confirmed, it would be better to leave the field start/end balance empty.
