Rewritten Getting Started guide

Description:

• Renamed current "KEDA Documentation" heading to "Getting Started".
• In Deploying KEDA page, explained each installation method.
• Added "Hello KEDA" page based on https://github.com/kedacore/sample-hello-world-azure-functions.
