WSJ not downloading

Trying to download Saturday x-word. It labors awhile, but the puzzle never appears. It's been about 3 weeks. Thanks for your work on all this.

Also, can you provide device/version info?

WSJ hasn't been downloading for me since 12/24. I see a notification that a download is in progress for a long time, but it never completes.

Samsung Note 4 Android 6.0.1
