Release notes has link to G+

Underneath the banner photo on the release notes is a link to the deceased Google Plus page. Not sure where you'd like that to go. Github issues might not be the best place unless you want a bunch of consumers trying to figure out how to enter a support ticket here. :-) Perhaps, remove the link altogether?
