Add ability to see "Notes"

The puz format allows for notes (and they appear to be parsed) but AFAICT there is no way to see the note within in the app.

The 12/26/2017 NYT puzzle had an extensive note which was referred to as "see blurb" in the clues, and I had no idea what it was referring to until I checked afterwards.
