Idk on my Samsung A52 (SM-A525F) on A14 works well and without any issues.

I'm not sure but try out to reinstall the patch that's might help you to fix that issue...

Also pass YASNAC app for BASIC play integrity but device is still uncertified in Google Play and unable to use GPay/Google Wallet.

This module works in my device (a14) but gives soft reboot, so i use play intergrity fix magisk modue, It works for a14 very well

Uninstall the safetynet-fix module and reboot.

Next, install this magisk module: https://github.com/chiteroman/PlayIntegrityFix

Thx Jon, you are me hero of the night. Could pass both checks with it on my Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro with HyperOS (Android14.0).
