Fix path issue on Android 13 images

This will break extraction from non-A/B images.

If the problem is that A/B isn't being detected on Android 13, this should be done properly by fixing the detection instead. Handling both A/B and A-only + non-system-as-root cases is the reason there are so many different forms of paths.

Is this still an issue? I don't think other A13 users have run into this.

I've been using the downstream GrapheneOS adevtool for 13, I think it may be an issue still but only for certain images. I never investigated beyond the fix I made downstream.
