Make it work with multiple UWP Instances

Yeah, the title explains. I use multiple UWP instances and i figured out it doesn't work with multiple UWP instances.

i think you can just open the app twice and configure it to each window but just focusing the window you want. so open it once, focus the first instance, then open another one and focus your second window.
