qjackctl not working

Hello everybody! I am having this issue when I try to run qjackctl (RaspberryPi 4 4GB + latest release of JamboxOS + Behringer UPhoria UMC404HD). I am quite new to all this stuff, so it is likely I am missing something simple and banal. Can you please help me? Screen Shot 2022-02-11 at 1 42 51 PM
