Update php.ini to increase pictures size limit

I tried everything I could come up with. I couldn't find a way to remove the size limit since I could not find where the php.ini is. I could not open a terminal inside the container and everytime I tried copying an upload.ini with the new parameters, I receive a message that the directory was not there. I'm probably doing something wrong but It would be cool to have some sort of documentations on how to do it the right way. BTW, I can't upload photos bigger than 1MB... I know its weird.
