What about this conflict? On my debian bullseye machine, I cannot use this defrag -czstd:level feature, it is not yet available. I tried to build from qwerty123443:devel branch but when running btrfs fi defrag -czstd:15 ., it says "Invalid argument" to each file... Please resolve and push as soon as possible, this feature is s** on a stick!

This namely depends on the kernel part, the remaining work is in #184.
