Fixed title bar css bug

Everything still looks fine in normal firefox since it's using --chrome-background-color.

Hi @Nolski, this fork of the original Vertical Tabs add-on is unfortunately inactive. If you want you can give my fork a chance. If the bug should happen there as well I would try your fix :)
