Dockutil hangs when --allhomes is used with --remove

Dockutil hangs when --allhomes is used with --remove on some Macs running macOS 13.5 or 13.5.1. Did anyone else encountering the same problem recently?

I have observed this too. 100% reproducible for me in Sonoma as of 14.4.1 and 14.5
