Enter button not working fine
Type: Bug
The ENTER button is not working correctly when this extension is enabled, it delays or sometimes not working for a long time. I use bisect to identify this issue

Are you working with very large python files when the delay happens? Like 10,000+ lines of code?
I use this extension every day and don't often observe noticeable delays.
I encountered the same issue with this extension. Found it with the help of bisect and disabled it. The enter key now works fine.
@smitraval24 a couple comments:
- You can try installing the pre-release version of this extension (
v1.18.1) -- the pre-release version uses Rust compiled to WASM for the main parsing logic, which I suspect will be faster. - Are you able to share the python file that you were editing when you observed the lag? As I said above, I have never experienced noticeable lag in the 5+ years I've been using this extension.
The latest version of this extension now uses rust code compiled to web assembly for the main python parsing. I hope this will results in a faster experience.
