Not blocking YouTube Ad on mobile IPhone App and YouTube Video does not play

I was attempting to watch YouTube videos on the mobile app on my IPhone even with the most up to date blacklist it seems the ad still loaded at the beginning of the video but the actual video just hung with a loading symbol. Not sure if this script is supposed to be exclusive to YouTube website on PC or not.

Same on my Android mobile. Not blocking youtube ads..

Can you try this for Android? Settings > Apps & notifications > Youtube > Storage > [Clear Cache & Clear storage]

Apple TV YouTube app showing ads despite these lists as well
