French list ad block ?

Hi there,

I have a pi-hole for all my devices/ computers at home. I have just installed youTube_ads_4_pi-hole, but i still have a lot of ad in Youtube. I think maybe it is because the list don't have any french block ad list.

Any ideas / suggestions ?
