no option for translated CDS format
Hi, (GREAT TOOL!!! THANKS/WOW). The choices for the "--format <FILE_FORMAT>" argument do not include an option for "translated CDS" (the suffix is "_translated_cds.faa" I believe)... These are present in many of the ftp folders (but not all).

No worries! I figured out that I can add the following line to config.py (at line 42) and it works!
('translated-cds', '_translated_cds.faa.gz'),
