Add a switch to ignore compatible updates.

It would show only deps with a Latest version which is not compatible with SemVer compat. It could be a good thing for libraries, to improve compatibility with other crates.

Ah cool idea! It may be little bit of time before I can work on this, but I like the idea and will see how it looks as I dig back into this code 😉
