Ado will not be updated any more

The last version of Mojolicious changed namespace from Mojolicious::Command::generate to Mojolicious::Command::Author::generate. This breaks tests on CPAN. Change in Ado to fix that should be trivial. I am not eager to do anything about it. If you use Ado, and want to use it with Mojolicous 8.0 and next, please feel free to make a PR with not failing tests and I will merge it. Or even if you want, feel free to continue the development of Ado. Now I will simply delete Ado from PAUSE to stop failing tests...
