Hello, First, many thanks for the awesome port you guys made of Retro Go! This PR aims at:

  • fixing the in-game overlay in gnuboy, which was only displayed in FULL/Sharp filtering mode
  • performing a little cleaning by removing the debug menu and the "favorites" feature
  • allowing the user to pick a "sound profile" among "very low", "low" and "normal". This can be thought of as a palette for volume, allowing one to play in a very quiet environment I hope this can be useful to others. I have tested all this successfully on both the Mario & Zelda versions. Thanks and best regards.
