how to access file from folder

I'm new on AWS. I create a bucket and in side the bucket i have two folder like (bucket/folder/folder/file......s) so i replace the tag like below
amazon.s3.default-bucket=bucket/folder/folder/file......s this give me error how to i access the folder or specific folder during run time code if suppose i have more than one folder in bucket and in each folder have user info
