Disable C-[ as meta?

Hi Kazu,

Is there any way to disable C-[ as meta? I would like to map C-[ and C-] as my switch tab keys. Thanks!

It is hard-coded at this moment.

Is it hard-coded at a single location in the source? If so, could you point me to where it's at so maybe I could comment it out and re-compile? Thanks.
