You can now use cached mode for onefile, which uses a fixed location for the running binary, should resolve this indeed. I have never tried it.

Use --onefile-tempdir-spec with values that allow caching, this should be listed in the user manual.

Nuitka picks up a Homebrew ccache if it finds it installed, the path is `/opt/homebrew/bin/ccache`. I don't think I want to maintain a ccache binary for macOS at this time....
