JSファイル、みんな最終的にはminifyしますよね？ gulp-uglify入れましょう！ Babelのオプションでもしあるのならそれでもいいです。 それなりに実行時間かかるので、最終書き出しのタスクに入れた方がいいのかもしれませんが…。
